Land For Good (LFG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as our Digital Marketing Coordinator.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be play a key role in our growing communications team, which is supported by a stable of specialized consultants. The Communications team is responsible for brand awareness, community outreach, target marketing and campaigns, fund development communication, constituent relationship management, and strategy through various channels (website, email, blog, print newsletters, social media, advertising, events). This position reports to the Communications Coordinator and will work collaboratively with the Program Director and Field teams.

This is a unique opportunity to be an integral and indispensable part of a team that is working on an urgent and critical issue facing farmers, rural communities and our food system: accessing and passing on farms and farmland.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage online communications, marketing and media across multiple channels and platforms. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM), list management, list growth
  • Website and Social Media platform management, administration, analytics
  • Marketing, event management, community outreach

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, plus experience and proven skills in digital marketing, website management, and social media platforms—and an eye for creativity. A working knowledge of WordPress, Constant Contact, MailChimp (or similar), experience with HTML and copy writing, as well as strong organizational skills are required. Education and/or professional experience in public or community relations, non-formal education,  or related field is a plus. Experience and passion for growing, farming and/or food systems issues highly desired. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must be proactive and with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with our 13-person team, collaborators, and clients across the region.

This is a part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) position with room for growth. The work schedule is flexible, can be based out of a home office, but will require regular availability and spending 1-2 days/week  in our Keene NH headquarters. Occasional regional travel.
