As a Farm Coach for the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, Sylvie assisted farmers with farm management, business planning, and succession issues. She is a certified farm succession coordinator through the University of Wisconsin-Madison, further enhancing her ability to assist with farm succession and transfer. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Sylvie knows how to navigate the emotional and relational complexities of transitions.
