Spotlight on our board leaders

We are shining a light on our Board of Directors for their unwavering commitment, insightful guidance, and invaluable contributions to our organization. Their leadership and vision are instrumental to our mission. We recognize the following individuals, and all our members, who have contributed so much to Land For Good for many years.

“Our board members are extremely passionate about the mission of Land For Good. Beyond their diverse professional backgrounds, they have lived experience with farmland access and transfer challenges. They bring that experience and passion into their dedication to keep Land For Good thriving and improve the outcomes of farmland access for farmers of wide backgrounds and needs.”

Shemariah Blum-Evitts, Executive Director

Outgoing Board Members

We express our appreciation to our outgoing board members who have finished serving several terms:

As president of Concord Strategies (formerly Resonance Strategies), Deb shared 30+ years of experience creating significant organization change for businesses and individual leaders as an HR executive and consultant. Deb’s passion for her ongoing board work with Land For Good stems from a growing appreciation of the urgency surrounding the risk to our local food sources, and a deep respect for the professionalism of all those engaged with Land For Good.

The Director of Education and Interpretation at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, Daniel has also served as director of farmer training at Cultivating Community and program director of the New American Sustainable Agriculture Project.
